Welcome to the BECC!

The Boeing Employees' Coin Club (BECC) is one of the most active coin clubs in the Pacific Northwest region.  Per the BECC Constitution and Bylaws, "We, the Boeing Employees' Coin Club, are organized in a spirit of friendliness and good fellowship to share the pleasures of coin collecting."  The BECC also contributes to the objectives and purposes of the Pacific Northwest Numismatic Association — "to promote, extend, and protect the interests of numismatists and numismatic activities throughout the Pacific Northwest and to foster and encourage the study of numismatics in all its forms."

The BECC publishes a monthly newsletter (the BECC News), holds an annual coin show in January, mints an annual commemorative medal featuring a Boeing product, and promotes numismatics through special programs and activities such as the numismatic display at the Puyallup Fair each September.

April/May Meetings in Burien! After trying the Tukwila Community Center for the February monthly meeting, the March-May BECC regular monthly meetings are back at the Burien Community Center. (See the address below.) The remaining 2008 BECC monthly meetings will also be held in Burien unless otherwise announced.

PNNA Convention! The Pacific Northwest Numismatic Association annual convention was held April 4-6 at the Tukwila Community Center. This is the biggest coin show of the year in the Seattle area (even a little bigger than our own BECC show), so we hope you didn't miss the action!

Boeing Employees Coin Show was held January 19-20, 2008 at Kent Commons, 525 4th Ave., Kent, WA. As usual, this was one of the best coin shows of the year in the Northwest. Hope you made it!!

SOLD OUT!! 2008 medals feature 787 Dreamliner™ –
Club members voted in January 2007 to feature the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner™ on the 2008 BECC medals. In February 2007, club members also voted to feature the Boeing "Red Barn" on the same medal, with the connection "Where Dreams Began." First flight of the 787 and the first customer delivery are now scheduled for 2008. The medal and its artwork were approved by the company. Medals were minted and were available to eligible buyers, but are now SOLD OUT! Also see the medals info page.
